- Membership and rod licence to be carried at all times when fishing and must be shown when asked by any other member who shows their membership.
- Abuse, violence or threats of violence towards club bailiffs will result in a life ban.
- No litter, any litter in your swim even if it’s not yours is your responsibility. Please pick it up. Anyone found littering might face a ban.
- Barbless hooks only, except when fishing for pike/perch when semi barbed trebles may be used.
- Un-hooking mats to be used when carp fishing.
- No rods to be left unattended on all club waters. You must be within a 15 mtr. distance.
- Bait in moderation. No peas, nuts or beans.
- Bait boats are permitted at Eden Vale Lake with one exception being when the sailing club are using the lake with sailing craft and model boats (also no drones allowed). Bait boats are not allowed on all other club waters
- No Fires or barbecues allowed except on organised events.
- No fixed rigs.
- No alcohol.
- Treat all other water users, as you would expect them to treat you.
- The half way rule applies at Crockerton. Please use common sense; a stray ledger weight could kill!!!!
- Intimidation, abusive behaviour and bullying (including via social media) will not be tolerated and will result in a ban.
- Comply with E.A rules and bylaws, and the law of the land at all
- No posting false information or items to discredit the club on social media.
- Where allowed, dogs to be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
- Only live/dead bait caught at a water to be used at that water.
- No loud music, but headphones are permitted.
- No surface fishing at Eden Vale.
- No tins, glass bottles or jars.
- Eden Vale car park. Car parking is only permitted for club members fishing Eden Vale or on club business.
- Night fishing must be booked on by 6.00pm and arrival at the lake no later than 8.00 pm.
- No reserving swims, erecting bivvies and then leaving the same unattended with the view of returning later to start your fishing session.
- Junior rules apply – all juniors must be accompanied by an Adult unless they are members of the Gudgeon Club.
- Junior night fishing- Must be accompanied by an Adult club member and it’s the adult’s responsibility to book on via the clubs website, max of 2 juniors per adult unless all juniors are from the same family. Youth members can fish on their own it cannot supervise juniors.
- Crockerton Garden Centre is a no fishing area and out of bounds to all WDAC members which includes fishing from the bridges.
- Eden Vale no fishing area’s. Between peg 7 to peg 8 on Amazon Way, and between peg 1 to the bog swim ( last peg).
- Eden Vale. No night fishing between pegs 13-22 ( housing side)
- Only recognised bivvies to be used when night fishing. No tents allowed.
